All products are ready to ship unless noted otherwise. If a product is made-to-order, it will be noted at the top of the product description along with the lead time. 

Once an order is placed, the processing time prior to shipping out is 3-5 business days. Customers are notified via email as soon as tracking information is available. If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, please email me at and I can try my best to expedite the processing time.

Unfortunately, lost/damaged packages cannot be replaced at this time. I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please understand that as soon as the package leaves my hands, it is no longer my responsibility and I am unable to provide order tracking information beyond that which is provided by the carrier.


Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, there are often variations in design and length. Please read product descriptions carefully and look at product images closely.

 All sales are final. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, email me at within 14 days of delivery to request either a refund or exchange.
